   These Terms of Service (“ToS”) form a binding agreement between you (“Student,” “you,” or “your”) and Next Generation RV Training (Cozy Camper Academy)  (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By enrolling in or accessing any course or material on cozycamperacademy.mykajabi.com, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not access or purchase the course.
2. Course Access & License

• Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access course materials for personal use.
• Sharing your account, redistributing materials, or using the content for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.
• Course content may be updated or removed at our discretion without notice.

3. Fees & Payment

• All prices are clearly stated at checkout. Full payment is due at the time of enrollment.
  All sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

4. No Guarantees

• The course is educational and informational in nature. We do not guarantee any specific results, success, earnings, or improvements in your RV setup, lifestyle, or business.
• Your outcomes will depend on your own effort, experience, and application of the material.

5. RV Safety & Professional Advice

• Cozy Camper Academy is not a licensed RV technician or repair service.
• The course content is not intended as a substitute for professional mechanical advice or safety inspections.
• You should always consult a licensed RV technician before making modifications or performing repairs on your RV or related systems.

6. Intellectual Property

• All course content—including videos, PDFs, graphics, and branding—is the property of Cozy Camper Academy.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell any part of the course.

7. Termination

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the course without refund if you violate these terms, including but not limited to unauthorized sharing or plagiarism.

8. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for any damages—direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential—that arise from your use of or reliance on the course content.
